For 8 years she has been reading travel insurance and credit card policy wordings every day, across several markets (France, United States, Canada, Spain), spotting the exclusions hidden in the fine print, and helping travellers choose the right contract for their specific profile. Her specialty is the details no one reads. Cancellation reasons that are actually covered, combined caps versus separate caps, Schengen visa compliance, claim denials, exclusions on outdoor activities, the small print of travel coverage on Visa Premier, Mastercard Gold, Amex Platinum. She knows by heart the contracts of the main players on the market: Chapka, AVA, Allianz Travel, Mondial Assistance, ACS, Heymondo, Mondial Care, and their international equivalents. Med over 11 års erfaring inden for rejseforsikringsmæglervirksomhed har Antoine samarbejdet med alle aktører i branchen: forsikringsselskaber, rejsearrangører, mæglere og distributører. Uddannet med en MBA i økonomi og finans har han også været med til at stifte to insurtech-virksomheder specialiseret i rejseforsikring, før han lancerede HelloSafe, med en klar mission: at bringe gennemsigtighed og ekspertise til et ofte uigennemsigtigt marked.
