ACS and the Processing of Your Personal Data
The information collected by ACS, an insurance broker (simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris RCS under number 317 218 188, with its head office at 153, rue de l’Université – 75007 Paris, France), is subject to data processing for the following purposes:
- Preparation, conclusion, management, and execution of your quote or contract.
- Application of regulations regarding anti-money laundering and the prevention of terrorism financing.
- Fraud prevention.
- Statistical research.
This data is kept for 3, 5, or 10 years from the end of the contract if you convert your quote into a contract.
The recipients of this data are the insurers, insurance intermediaries (your direct broker, where applicable), and potentially their subcontractors involved in the execution or management of your contract. Information concerning you may also be transmitted to any parties interested in the contract (policyholder, insured, member, and beneficiary).
Health Data
You expressly consent to the collection and processing of data concerning your health. This data is necessary for the management of your contract and benefits and is processed in compliance with medical confidentiality rules. It is exclusively intended for:
- Medical consultants or ACS departments in charge of managing your benefits.
- Medical expense managers and assistance providers (where applicable).
- Insurers and reinsurers of your contract.
International Data Transfers
Furthermore, we inform you that personal data concerning you (or persons party to or interested in the contract) may be transferred outside the European Union, depending on the needs arising from the management of your contract. Authorized recipients of this data include authorized personnel of medical expense managers and, where applicable, insurers. These transfers are carried out in compliance with the personal data protection rules applicable in the European Union.

Personal Data
In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (amended in 2004 and 2018) and EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), you have the right to access, portability, rectification, deletion, and objection regarding your information.
