Paul B
Customer service is useless
The credit card company customer service is totally useless. They don't have a clue what they are doing and are very rude on top of that.
Andrew
Worst customer service
It sucks. This card has the very worst customer service ever.
Peter
Wallet and delivery issues
I could not add the card to my digital wallets despite repeated attempts, and delivery took far longer than other issuers. Transfers between the credit and chequing accounts are restrictive. That said, the 4% cash back and low annual fee are great perks.
Alan
Statements always late
My monthly statements consistently arrived about 8 days late, with the bill due before I even received the statement. It persisted even after I spoke with branch management, so I stopped using the card. Otherwise, it was a good card.
Elizabeth P.
Over a month to get access
Very worst customer service ever. The operations felt US-based, the password reset did not work with Canadian ATMs, the card took two weeks to arrive and the PIN letter another two weeks, so I was over a month without access.
