How to file an Altitude Business card claim

Step 1: Open a claim within 60 days
Visit mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-627-8372 to open a claim. You must report the claim within sixty (60) days of the incident or the claim may not be honored. Have your covered card number, rental agreement or carrier ticket, and a description of the loss ready.

Step 2: For lost luggage, notify the carrier immediately
Report any luggage loss or damage to the common carrier within twenty-four (24) hours of the incident. Obtain a written Property Irregularity Report or equivalent documentation from the carrier before you leave the airport. This documentation is required to file a claim.

Step 3: Submit all documentation within 180 days
Submit your full documentation package within one hundred eighty (180) days of the incident or the claim may not be honored. Required documents include: receipt showing purchase of common carrier tickets, carrier statement, copy of the claim report submitted to the carrier, itemized receipts for any items claimed, and a police report if applicable.
